Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were decent, but I had to endure the early morning noise from the building work outside. The service was lacking in some areas, but the location was great for exploring Dublin's city center.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and well-decorated, but unfortunately, they were very noisy, making it hard for my husband to sleep due to engine-like noise and vibrations coming through the walls. The hotel has an aging feel with great lobby but disappointing rooms. On the bright side, the rooms were impeccably clean.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small, but once the air conditioning was on, it was spacious and had a comfortable bed with fine linens. The service was a bit lacking, as the staff were not particularly apologetic about issues and seemed unfriendly, especially during the Christmas period. The location was excellent for the avia stadium and the city center, however, down a rough-looking street, despite being close to everything. The dining options seemed reasonably varied, but as a vegetarian, I would have appreciated more choices. The facilities were decent.
I must say, this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were stunningly modern and lovely but a bit too small for my liking; no place for clothes except the floor and had some issues with temperature regulation. The service was fantastic, with smiles all around and efficient check-in. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center. The dining experience was top-notch, although a bit pricey. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences with some highs and lows.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms that are well arranged for multiple guests, though some areas could use refurbishment. The service was helpful but had some hiccups. The location is convenient for sightseeing, although ongoing renovations impact the customer experience. Dining was satisfactory, with a nice selection. Facilities were decent, though improvements could be made.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable, and clean, offering a peaceful and cozy retreat. The service was excellent overall, with genuinely helpful and friendly staff. The location was superb, making it convenient to reach key attractions and public transport easily. The dining experience was good, although there were minor issues. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room setup; it was very well arranged for three people with a luxurious feel overall. However, the room being on the second floor and feeling like a dungeon was not ideal. On the bright side, there were complimentary snacks and a baby bed set up, which was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally stylish and spacious, providing great comfort and all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of popular attractions. However, the dining experience could have been better with more options available.
